Day 1: Smoothies for Smooth Skin!
Alarm goes off, snooze button is activated. Getting ready becomes a rushed affair. Luckily, this simple anti aging skin care routine accommodates your busy schedule. Smoothies! These nutrient-filled treats are always a great way to bootstart the day. Vitamin C is a super ingredient for skin health and fruits like strawberries and kiwis are packed with it. When applying your makeup - be sure to apply a primer! Eyes, mouth, face! Here are some quick tips around all three to detoxify and replenish. Simple changes such as rinsing your eyes with cold water to tighten the skin can make the world of difference to skin cell rejuvenation. And don’t forget your mouth is super important in any anti aging routing. Oil pulling, frequently practiced in Ayurvedic medicine is a great oral detoxification practice that can even be done in the shower to save time - swish a tablespoon of sesame or coconut oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes. Day 7: Sleep Wrinkle Free
