What is the UMA Rewards Program?
UMA Rewards Program is a loyalty program that rewards you with points for every purchase you make and for your social engagement with our brand. These points can be redeemed for future purchases. We do not charge any fee for signing up to our Rewards program.
How do I join the UMA Rewards Program?
Easy! Just click on the "UMA Rewards" launcher on the bottom left corner of your screen and you will see the options to sign up or login.
Can I use my UMA Rewards coupon code in conjunction with another promo code?
No, currently our system supports the usage of only one coupon code per order. We believe in bringing you the highest quality products and that makes our costs higher than regular industry standards. So we tend to run promos very sparingly. But you can use your UMA Rewards coupons whenever you want without waiting for us to run any promotions.
Do UMA Reward Points ever expire?
No, we value every single purchase you make with us and do not see any need for expiration of the points that you accumulated through your thoughtful purchases.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, points cannot be added to your account retroactively. You can earn points on all future purchases when logged into your account. You must be logged into your account in order to earn points.
