By promoting detoxification and balancing Vata, Pitta and Kapha, Ayurveda helps you maintain youthful vitality in the mind, body

Dietary Recommendations:

Eat a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients. Focus on fresh fruits, cooked vegetables, and whole grains. Drink warm water or CCF tea (Cumin Coriander and Fennel ) throughout the day to flush toxins out of the body. Limit processed foods, sugar, unhealthy fats, and excessive caffeine and alcohol. These can damage skin cells and accelerate aging. As we age, we gradually lose moisture throughout the body, and Vata dosha will naturally increase. Absolutely incredible

I received a few samples of the cleanser from my last oils order and I squeezed every last drop out of the package because my skin loved it so much. I just purchased the full size version. It's incredibly luxurious to use and leaves skin feeling glowy, hydrated and soft. I have very dry skin and live in a dry climate and this has helped my skin acclimate and keep moisture in while also lightly exfoliating. This has become one of my cult favorites along with the brightening oil!
