Shipping: We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders over $70 for the USA and over $150 for the rest of the world. Most complimentary orders are shipped with USPS First-Class Shipping and take 3-7 days for delivery based on recipient location. Expedited service offers delivery within 1-3 days and is complimentary on domestic orders over $175 (please note carrier-applied delivery exceptions).

Returns and Exchanges: We will happily accept returns or exchanges on nearly all* unused or barely used (barely used is defined as used once or twice with no visible dip below the neck of the bottle) domestic orders for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Samples and trial kits are final sale items. Please review our policy in full to ensure you familiarize yourself with the Terms & Conditions. The product must be purchased directly from Here’s how to make your return quick and simple:

  1. If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased on, please email us at to initiate the process.
  2. We will provide a complimentary return label for domestic returns and exchanges that meet our requirements. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to our team.
  3. Print your complimentary return label.
  4. Return labels will be sent to the email address used to place your order. All return labels are pre-paid. 
  5. Please safely pack up your return or exchange to send back, including adequate packaging cushion for safe transit.
  6. Attach the label to the box and ship it back to us by bringing it to the carrier on the return label. We will process the full refund or exchange upon receiving your package. This typically takes 5-7 business days.
As a small, self-funded company with a very hard-working customer service team, we hope you’ll understand that we request some considerations with regard to our returns policy, which along with the free shipping worldwide, you will find very generous.
  • We request that when returning a full order, all complimentary samples and gifts with purchase be returned in full.
  • When asking for a refund, we request that you return the products unused or barely used. We are unable to accept returns on any products that don't meet the criteria. Our team does machine-analyze the oils upon return due to some fraudulent returns in the past and we do reserve the right to refuse returns on oils that have been tampered with from their original formulation or diluted in any form.
  • We request that you honor the 30-day return window for all products. If you realize after the return window that the UMA product may not be right for you – always keep in mind that you can make a loved one very, very happy with this incredible gift of beauty!
  • *Samples, Absolute Anti Aging Lip Oil, Intensely Nourishing Brow Oil, Pure Palate Tongue Scrapers, Lymphatic Detox Dry Brush, Pure Detox Oil Pulling Treatment, Pure Love Perfume Oil and trial kits are not returnable or exchangeable. Used incense and candles are not returnable or exchangeable. Promotional items are final sale.
  • For clients that use our subscription services, you have the ability to change delivery schedules or skip a delivery simply by logging into your account. We are unable to cancel subscription orders after they have shipped and shipping and return fees must be borne by the client if you change your mind after a subscription order ships.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns internationally due to rising costs. We are actively working with our shipping carriers and may change this policy in the future.
  • For International Orders, customers are liable for any duties that may be assessed. We do not charge taxes or duties for international orders at checkout. Customers must bear the charges for any returns due to non payment of duties assessed. Occasionally, carriers may contact customers for delivery information and we are not responsible for any returns due to a lack of timely response to carriers.
