Ayurveda Says:

Fine lines, age spots, and uneven skin tone can be a sign of imbalanced doshas and a buildup of toxins in the body. By promoting balance and detoxification, Ayurveda helps reduce these signs of aging.

Dietary Recommendations:

Eat a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients. Focus on fresh fruits, cooked vegetables, and whole grains. Drink warm water or CCF tea (Cumin Coriander and Fennel) throughout the day to flush toxins out of the body. Limit processed foods, sugar, unhealthy fats, and excessive caffeine and alcohol. Toner leaves a blue residue. Not sure if this is due to oxidation. When calling the company their recording request you email them due to Covid. When I emailed the company I still have not received a response.
