Skin can be a reservoir for accumulated toxins, which can lead to a decline in skin quality and tone. By promoting detoxification and replenishing hydration, your skin can be replenished from within and regain its vitality and glow.

Dietary Recommendations:

Eat a light, easily digested diet rich in fresh fruits, fresh cooked vegetables, including cooked leafy greens, and some whole grains. We highly recommend scooping the scrub out in the palm of your hand and adding water before applying to thoroughly wet skin. It is made deliberately dense and without water for longer lasting natural preservation so water needs to be added before use.
