Fine lines, age spots, and uneven skin tone can be a sign of imbalanced doshas and a buildup of toxins in the body. By promoting balance and detoxification, Ayurveda helps reduce these signs of aging.

Dietary Recommendations:

Eat a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients. Focus on fresh fruits, cooked vegetables, and whole grains.
