I’ve switched from a pharmaceutical to the Uma clarifying product line. It doesn’t work quite as well as the prescription but does not have the potential to damage my liver like the prescription from my Dr did.

I have been a fan of Uma for several years and swear by the ultimate brightening mask. So when one of my favorite spot treatments from a different brand got discounted I naturally looked at Uma for a replacement and came across the deeply clarifying blemish spot treatment. Within 24hrs I saw a noticeable difference in my skin. Within a week my face was glowing, pores shrinking by the day, and flawless. I suffer from acne and dermatitis with so many things being an irritant this spot treatment has worked wonders and it’s super hydrating. I never do reviews but this is too good not to review. It’s literally magic in a bottle.

Oh my, another fantastic Uma product! It’s really hard for me to choose a favorite oil, so I tend to alternate, especially depending on the season/weather. But this will definitely be added to my arsenal!! Just a couple drops after my shower, I patted it gently into my clean skin and poof! My flaky spots were taken care of, without leaving shine or an oily residue— my skin soaked it right up and it feels like silk. I had a blemish that showed up this morning and it’s been an HOUR since I applied this and it’s already significantly reduced. Wow. Love UMA!!

Dietary Recommendations:

A diet that focuses on easy to digest foods, that are rich in nutrients and support the release of toxins and heat from the body. Freshly prepared fruits, cooked vegetables and whole grains, lean proteins, green leafy vegetables, with an emphasis on cooked beets, zucchini, squash and bitter greens to cleanse the liver. Including turmeric, coriander, lime, and fresh cilantro in cooking will support cleansing the lymphatic and circulatory channels to help release toxins. Include good quality olive oils and ghee daily to keep the body unctuous. Drinking plenty of warm water, water with lemon or lime, and CCF tea (Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel) throughout the day will support detoxification.
