I’ve been using Uma products for over a decade and have never been anything out pleased with their products. This was my first perfume purchase from Uma and I absolutely love it!!

Give this a chance!

Love this perfume. It smells beautiful. I understand the comment that it's heavy; it actually lightens fairly quickly once you put it on your skin. I think it smells heavy straight from the bottle b/c of the concentration (which I think is a good thing). I am so happy to have discovered this one b/c my experience with natural, essential-oil based fragrances is that they are too light and dissipate so quickly you can barely smell it after a couple hours. I am very interested in trying another scent once UMA develops it. Thank you.

AWFUL DO NOT BUY

I open the bottle and PHEW THIS PERFUME STINKS. It smells like essential oils gone bad. I reach out to customer service to return it and THEY IGNORE MY EMAILS FOR A MONTH, and then blamed me for being over the return deadline! Then I posted a negative review on here and they threatened legal action. It looks like they deleted my old negative review too.

You were given the opportunity to return the product - even though you admitted to having used it (our terms clearly state that we don't accept returns on used products) - and you were unable to meet the return deadline despite our making an exception, and promptly providing you with a return label. Further, we did not threaten legal action - we merely cautioned that leaving several false reviews under fake email addresses - for a variety of different products which were never in your order is not just unethical and unnecessarily retaliatory, but also tortuous, harmful and legally questionable - as well as just bad karma to put into the world overall. Please remember that for financial security IP addresses are used to ensure a transaction is legitimate. So when one writes several different reviews from apparently different email addresses that are either fake or belonging to people who've never bought UMA products - but coming from the same IP address, we can actually put together what's going on pretty quickly.
