HOW TO USE

Take one capsule morning or evening, before or after your meal. Triphala may activate the bowels or increase the frequency of urination for some at the outset, so we recommend starting in the day time so sleep is not disrupted. If your bowels are more sensitive, we recommend starting with half a tablet, while your body adjusts.
Pregnant women should avoid the use of Triphala. Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you are nursing, taking any medication or if you have a medical condition. Discontinue use and consult your doctor immediately if any adverse reactions occur.
