Take approximately one tablespoon of oil. Gently swish it around your mouth for 10-20 minutes, making sure to move the oil around so it touches all areas of the gums and sides of cheeks. When finished, spit into a trash can. Rinse mouth with water making sure not to swallow any remaining oil. Follow with brushing your teeth, and whenever possible, cleaning the tongue with a tongue scraper.
